  This was my first experience at Urban Dogg and the customer service was horrendous. When I dropped my dog off, the groomer said to come back an hour and fifteen minutes later and they would call me when she was done. After three hours, I decided to go back, even though I never received a call. My dog had been sitting in a crate for almost two hours. When I said I never received a call, the groomer told me he called and left a message, but I had no record of receiving a call nor a message. This makes me feel like I was never called and was lied to. The groomer denied taking any responsibility. You would think after a certain amount of time passing they would try to call me again, but they didn't. I also never heard an apology. I will never take my dog here again, and I recommend others taking their dog somewhere else.
