  Exceptional Customer Service! I came in for what I thought was going to be an easy task - turns out it was more complicated. Will Wright facilitated what could have been a very frustrating process smoothly and sincerely. To make matters even better… an elderly woman had lost her phone and came in while Will was assisting me. After I finished at T-Mobile, I ran another errand nearby. Upon returning to my car, I saw Will looking with the customer, in her car, to see if her phone had slipped between the seats. That is the definition of going above and beyond. Will should be promoted!

  I went in to make a cash payment towards my phone bill. I was treated right away and told there are customers ahead of me which is totally cool. But then I watch two associates talking about personal issues at a counter. They were looking at the other customers in the store and didn't acknowledge any of them. I understand that coworkers talk but personal issues should be left off the sales floor.
