  I have always had a great experience here. Sohaib specifically was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping me pick the perfect plan for my family's needs during my last few visits. He was patient and personable and I will always choose this T-Mobile over any other.

  Worst customer service ever. Their store manager Sohail convinced me to port from ATT just to sell. After I ported , he said my handset is not compatible and simply said go back to ATT. Half hearted apologies which costed me almost 100$. Just entering this friggin store costed me 100$. Waste of time
