  In the store. 3 customers, 3 associates. No one acknowledged me for over 15 minutes and only after another customer arrived. They spoke to him first. My first interaction was with the greeter who didn't greet me as much as just treat me like a task. She had to get me into the tablet in order that they could actually speak to me. On top of it, all I needed was a SIM card. What a terrible experience.
