  I was reminded again today why I stopped shopping at Plato’s closet: 1-Snide remarks by rude staff that have other things to do than provide customer service. 2-Most of their overpriced junk comes from target and forever 21. Might as well go to the source and get the same stuff for the same price (or less) and get better customer service.

  Absolutely terrible customer service. There was 5 people at the register with one of them checking customers out there was a line and the other employees were just standing around chatting. They had no sense of urgency no one was trying to help anyone they were just having a great time like they weren't at work. They were very snotty rude and not helpful. I hope the owner and manager of the store sees this review and seriously reconsiders the people rrunning the store.
