  I have never been treated so poorly as a customer at such an upscale store like Neiman Marcus. I have been a customer here for several years, spent well over $70k over the past 5 years on Chanel, Chloe, Valentino, Moncler and David Yurman and they still offer an experience that will leave you feeling humiliated, judged and completely not valued as a customer. I had requested to cancel my NM charge when I finally had enough of their poor customer service and they were more than happy to do that, but not help a good customer with a defective Chanel bag. I had told a manager they just lost a very good customer and really didn't seem to care one bit. On top of this the store is incredibly dated and poorly organized. Do yourself a favor and shop someplace else.
