  We found a nice wedding band. Two stars for that. But, after two weeks of wearing it one of the stones had fallen out. We took it to the store which sent the ring to Hawaii for review. Within the last five weeks I have called the customer service hotline on three separate occasions and they keep telling me every time that I will hear back from them by next week. I yet have to hear from anyone of Na HoKu on what's going on. I am not very impressed with Na HoKu's quality and customer service, to say the least. My advice: shop local.

  I got my wedding band through Na Hoku, and I couldn't be happier. The staff was incredibly helpful and professional, and my ring is perfect. Thank you to the staff and Jewelers.
