Terry opened the watch while I was there, explained the issue and gave me confidence that he knew how to restore the broken part. The watch is now returned in perfect shape, clean and shiny, which is saying a lot for a 40+ year old watch. Great service, easy to get in touch with and overall awesome experience. I look forward to returning for any future needs!
