  Friendly staff and all the piercers have been great! Taking 2 stars away because the sales associate doesn't tell you when you buy the titanium metal that it looks like tarnished silver. I wanted a small sparkle and am so disappointed in my nose ring that I paid $40 for :( It looks dirty and is not shiny at all (supposed to be a lavender gem but you can't even see that). They have an amazing selection of unique jewelry and are very on point. I think a warning that my choice was going to look like a small turd on my face would have been much appreciated. I might have even upgraded, but now the solution is only to come in and now choose another item that fits what I want. No thanks. Tried but I'll go elsewhere from now on. What a waste of money!!

  IRIS has been recommended to me and when I decided to get my septum pierced it was the first and only place I considered. The shop is clean, modern and the staff is friendly. I walked in on a Friday afternoon and only had to wait a few minutes - which was fine because I had time to look through their awesome selection of jewelry. Kenny did my septum piercing and he explained every detail as we went. A month later, the piercing is healing up and I can hardly tell it's there. I'll be going back to get a new ring in a couple of weeks.
