  I went in to return this washer and dryer hose and the customer service representative said that it was not in the system. I admit that I have had the hoses way past the 90 day return window, so I understand not being able to return them for that reason. I left the store without an argument and without the hoses because I wasn’t going to waste any more time trying to return something that isn’t returnable. But then I get home and do a quick search and the same hoses came right up from Home Depot. I was not going to ask for money in return, but merely a store credit, which I would have spent right away for some ice melt. Obviously I didn’t need the money, those hoses were packed away in a box, and I just happened to come across them, and the receipt was still with them. I used to sing the praises of Home Depot, but lately I’ve found my experiences at Lowe’s to be much more customer and Veteran friendly. I’m not writing Home Depot off yet, but one more experience like this and I will no longer shop there.
