  After failed deliveries, I asked for compensation and received the minimum. When I asked for a price match, I was denied. I will shop Lowe's from now on. Home Depot needs to have BETTER customer service! Ugh!

  Not enough staff. Computer systems in store never work. No one answers phone when you try to call. This place sucks! - When trying to order a new modern custom made exterior front door, the computer system would not work in store. Followed rep around to three different computers. None of them worked. 4 people waiting to talk to this one rep. - Looked into having new carpet installed. Once again, computer system could not find the brand/color of carpet on display. Spent 45 min "investigating" this computer issue. 4-5 other people waiting to talk to this one rep. - called to discuss carpet install. Perpetual loop of phone voicemail....H.D. needs to double its staff in flooring and doors. I guess they have so much money they are not worried about competition. I won't be going there any longer for my home improvement needs.
