  Clean store, friendly representative working and quick to help. Not much parking as it shares the parking lot with other stores. Has a nice variety to look at.

  Beyond awful - DO NOT SHOP HERE!! I had a broken bracelet and brought it into the store and asked the owner for a recommendation on what to buy and how to fix it. I bought the recommended Stretch Magic cord and followed his instructions. The product he sold me was horrible - the bracelet broke the first time I put it on. As the name implies, it's supposed to stretch. Except it doesn't. And I have very little wrists. Needless to say, I wasn't particularly impressed or happy but figured I'd bring it back and perhaps something else would work. Brought the Stretch Magic back to the shop and the owner would not refund me. Because I had opened the package. Yes, that would be the ONLY WAY I would actually experience the product and know that it doesn't work. How am I supposed to know if it works or not if I haven't actually used it?? Crappy products, crappy customer service. I will never go to Hazara International Gems again. Ever.
