  Employee verbally assaulted my young driver after she was rear-ended in their dangerous parking lot. He openly accused her of abusing a little old lady and that "all these people complained" about it. I was there. There were no all these people nor was there abuse. When he began his own tirade, he was interrupting a peaceful exchange of information. I'm a college professor, and she is my student. I did not appreciate his power trip nor his overstepping his bounds, humiliating her and making her cry, all right after she had graduated. It was supposed to be one of the happiest days of her life. It was ruined by him, and he and his "owner" lied to cover it up the two times I complained. Their stories made zero sense and were obvious lies.The employees and especially the owner are rude and they lie. And what the owner doesn't know is that the employees have a running bet as to how many car accidents will happen in their lot every day. They find it funny--an ex-employee told me years ago. To exit their parking lot, you have to back out into one of possible two lanes of busy and oncoming traffic. It's scary, so much so that I would rather park somewhere else and walk cross that scary street on foot. Well, now I won't need to do that at all because I'm never going back. If you value your car, you won't go either.
