  OUTSTANDING CUSTUMER SERVICE!!! I had a lazy boy recliner re-upholstered in July 2016 – and meant to write a review then :( The price was great, the quality of workmanship was excellent, and all scheduling estimates were exact. I then noticed recently that the back of the chair was loose. I contacted Frank and not only did he immediately agree to look at it but he offered to come to my house and pick it up. He picked it up, repaired it, and returned it within 3 hours-no charge!! Thank you Frank for a job extremely well done. You are an inspiration for all businesses. Linda K

  Ended up doing a good job but it took two tries as the first one was done poorly. Took over a month to get two cushions done. No attempt to make up for the delay.
