  Brought my laptop in in August because of some screen issues. While they had it I got them to put a new SSD in as well. They call me to pick it up and tell me it's a software issue and is all fixed. I brought it home and within 5 minutes the screen was doing the exact same thing. Bring it back in. Apparently the screen needed to be replaced. Ordering a screen took about two weeks. They fixed it and handed it off to me. Mid-October the screen starts having a very similar problem. Bring it back in and explain the issue. They say they'll waive the diagnostic fee. The cable connecting the screen, that they just replaced, was coming loose. They reattached it and give me a call. Go back over there. They charge me the diagnostic fee! The guy told me "Two months is a long time." Despite the fact that they advertise a 60 day warranty on all repairs. Despite the fact that the guy I dropped it off with said I wouldn't have to pay it. Three trips for the same issue and then get told it won't cost anything to we'll need $40. And then to top it all off I get the laptop back and they bent the case.
