  We shopped all the mattress places, a couple of Mattress Firm storefronts, Urban Mattress, and this place. I had bought a futon from them years ago, which was fine. Our namebrand Serta mattress from a big name place gave out after 6 years- sagging like crazy. We tried all the different firm foam beds out there, and went here last. I'm guessing from what we saw, learned and tried, there's little if any difference between manufacturers, and I'd be willing to bet the ALL source from the same foam factories, and stick their name on it. The bed we picked at Dream merchant would have cost us five times as much elsewhere, top of the line (cooling ventilated gel top, solid foam 5 layer construction, queen): Under $1000 here and brand new bed, delivered. $3K to -$4 K elsewhere. Every bit as comfortable, if not more. No high pressure sales here either- he showed us the beds, and left us alone. No promise of "I'll give you a deal if you buy today". No cheapo "extras" to "sweeten the deal". Just the best price on a top notch bed. Why are they so much cheaper? No expensive running ads on TV, they own the building, and have been there for over 40 years (my neighborhood, so I know.), no corporate CEO raking in millions a year. This is my my second bed purchase now from them in 20 years, and I feel like I did the smartest thing. This is NOT an advertisement, this is my honest personal opinion. I don't know why FOAM anything should cost thousands of dollars anywhere- it shouldn't. Foam just is that expensive a material. This seem honest and right, and I'm sure they still made a bundle on this bed. I do see the negative reviews here, but that wasn't our experience, and wasn't previous.

  I had been putting off getting a new mattress for way too long. It's nice to go to a local store with someone to guide you through the process. I travel weekly, and, the salesman helped me find a bed just like the one in my favorite hotel chain. Prices were really amazing. Options were plentiful. Don't hesitate when you need a new mattress, just head there first.

  Purchased a triple bunk bed here. The price was good and delivery included set up which was great. My only complaint was that I was given a delivery window originally that said they would be there sometime between 10 and 5, then that day it was narrowed to between 4-6. Then they called at 545 saying they wouldnt get there until after 7pm. When waiting for delivery people, an accurate tine window is important for customer service. The delivery team was great when they got here, fast and friendly, it seemed more like a planning issue than something that was their fault.
