  I had an old Seagate 1TB hard drive that stopped working 3 or 4 years ago. Suddenly it just disappeared from system and I couldn't see it even in BIOS. There was no clicking noise or anything like that indicating mechanical damage. I brought it here hoping that I would finally recover some data from it, that I haven't had chance to backup before that happened. The diagnostic was free, and I am happy that the quote provided was rather modest, considering the condition of the drive and required recovery procedures.
