  I purchased a floor model sofa, they processed my payment, set up a delivery date. I went home and committed my current sofa to someone else. Received a call 5 days later that they would not be delivering my sofa until a replacement came into the store. They were not sure when that would be but probably 3 weeks or so. Let me get this straight. Crate and Barrel is using my sofa to merchandise their store. Since it was purchased as a floor model and "as is" what do I do when it shows up a month later with a defect that wasn't there? Meanwhile I am left with an empty spot on MY floor and limited seating in my home. I have worked in the furnishing industry in the past and our policy was that when something was purchased off the floor it was pulled immediately to prevent any further damage and delivered to the customer in a timely manner. Clearly the customer does not come first. Truly disappointing.

  This is the store in Cherry Creek. Like all of the other C&B stores it is very nice. Lots of goods, more than enough choices. Excellent merchandising. However, prices r getting more n more expensive as we speak. I love looking at it but rarely shop since lots of items in that store can be purchased half the price else where. They need a few bargains to attract savy shoppers.
