  Complete disaster! Farmers Insurance recommended CarpetOne for re-tiling a floor due to water damage. George was helpful until the contract was signed. Then he didn't want to fulfill his responsibilities. He continually tried to avoid doing work that was reimbursed by Farmers - like hiring movers, putting up dust screens, re-setting the toilet and replacing bullnose/transitions/trim. Every step was a complete battle and he had the nerve to get aggressive with me in my own house when I asked him to complete the work he was obligated to perform. He only cleaned up his act/story when I got the insurance adjustor to confirm that CarpetOne was being reimbursed for the work that they didn't want to do. Farmers has put a watch on CarpetOne and says they will no longer be recommending. Worst service ever. Complete shyster. Avoid at all costs.
