  Just got off the phone with some branch of this service company. After spending almost a half hour I got Kelsey who is willing for me to cancel my contract with them because after a lousy service technician came out to fix my refrigerator problems weeks ago I am asked to take off time from work AGAIN to wait for a repair. Customer satisfaction means NOTHING to this company. They can't offer service on the weekends and expect you to take off your time from work to acomodate their inferior business practices. I will never buy from Appliance Factory or call this service company again! You have to give them ONE star to post your opinion but they don't deserve it!!

  I scheduled service, a second service for a recurring issue, on a brand new refrigerator. This second take, I was linked to Technician Kevin with Brand source, I was very happy with the overall service.
