  I generally enjoy visiting this store. My overall experience with customer care and service has become more negative in the last few years. Today I was set on purchasing shoes from the shoe department and had the worst support. The two individuals were unfriendly and acted like is was a burden to find shoes for me and other customers. One told me she would be right back to help me and never came back. The man acted as if it was the end of the world to find a shoe in the backroom for me.
