  Poor experience with online shopping. Ordered an item for a gift then received email informing me the product had shipped. The product never arrived. I emailed notifying them the product didn't arrive and the tracking information link didn't work. I received an email informing me of a follow-up response within 2 business days and that I was not allowed to send them more than 1 email!! I never received another email from them. I called after a week with no reply to find out the product was out of stock to begin with!! Repeatedly unacceptably poor customer service.
