  PROS: A large spacious showroom with a good selection of tiles in natural stone, porcelain, marble and mosaics. The space is brightly lit making it easy to see the colors of tiles. It's easy to browse their larger format tile options with displays set-in the floor, along the walls and in rolling pullouts. They have a good selection of granite and quartz in an adjacent warehouse to view actual slabs. If asked, they will give small samples of quartz, which is helpful coordinating with cabinets, tiles, etc. Given the cost of material, this size makes sense. MIXED: Small sample tiles can also be requested to take home. Unless the tile is solid in color or with little variation in pattern, this size is not as useful as larger samples provided by other showrooms. The front sales staff is young, friendly, and readily gets samples for you when requested. It's not clear, however, what their role is for homeowners coming into the showroom or if they are designers. It seems more a place to browse on your own or bring in professional assistance. TIP: If you really like a particular tile with lots of color and pattern, ask for a few samples representative of these variations.
