  Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life! Because I'm a small biz owner in the same area I didn't have time to sit around waiting for them to properly assemble the cappuccino machine therfore, since I have done it at least a couple hundred times at this and other 7 elevens among other convenience stores all around the area as well as other states I simply did what the intellectually challenged person working couldn't and found then fixed what was making my cappuccino come out as straight water due to the store clerk not having enough sense to properly align pieces and parts as it was put back together after cleaning I'm assuming. Ben to have a manager and his little buddy red-haired with a beard intellectually challenged guy come at me sideways with attitudes? I couldn't belive the snooty, stuck up, rude, and down right arrogant type of attitude that came out of these individuals towards me the customer. But as promised I am leaving a review letting the world know about this location and their poor customer service.

  Thieves work here. The manager wouldn't let me returned unopened merchandise I had bought by mistake (I meant to buy the Vuse Vibe refills and was given the Vuse cigarette refills). When I got home to use the refill I noticed the sizes didn't match so I took the unopened product back to exchange and was told since the paper covering was opened that she couldn't take the return. This is thievery and I have contacted my bank to open a chargeback. Have fun paying the $35 chargeback fees idiots.
